Phyllis Dobin
Phyllis is Of Counsel to Berman, Sobin & Gross, Feldman & Darby LLP. She received her college degree from Washington University and graduated from the University of Strasbourg School of Law and the University of Maryland with honors. She is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and 
Maryland. She is the Chair of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia - Elder Law Committee. She practices in the area of:
- Elder law;
- Estate planning;
- Estates & trusts;
- Probate law, estate & gift taxation;
- Medicaid and Medicaid planning;
- Guardianships;
- Real estate;
- Conservatorships;
- Will contests;
- Wealth preservation; and
- Family business succession.
