Mark graduated with a BS in Criminology from the UMD, a MBA from Hood College and a Juris Doctorate from Chapman University. He comes to the firm after retiring with over 20 years as a police officer. At the time of his retirement, he was a supervisor in the Horse Mounted Unit. Mark is also an officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the US Army Reserves, where he is a criminal prosecutor and teaches legal principles of war to deploying soldiers’. He has earned numerous commendations including the FOP Medal of Bravery and the U.S. Army Bronze Star. Mark focuses his civilian practice in the areas of estate planning, small business creation and development and family law.
