Craig Meyers Obtains A Jury Verdict Seventeen Times The Insurance Company's Offer
A Montgomery County jury recently awarded $136,000 to Craig’s client. This case involved a contested motor vehicle accident. The client had a significant pre-existing condition, which was exacerbated by the motor vehicle accident. The jury found that there was a subtle change to the client’s spine, which caused the pre-existing pain in the client’s neck to spread down a nerve to the client’s arm and into his hand. The insurance company’s last offer of settlement was $7,800.
